    H22a torque settings

    Hi,

    Searched on google and on here but cant find anything. I need the torque Setting for the intake mainfold to block and also the tighten sequence

    If anyone can help that would be great

    Just do them up tight. Its not a major part that requires exact tension or it will fail. And if you really want to do it up in some sort of sequence start from middle and work way out in a spiral motion like any other thing you tighten.

    Just T is fine, as apposed to FT or MFT For me I do it as tight as my left hand will do, FT is right hand, MFT is both. All with a small 3/8th drive wrench

    Also change your Sig

    Just do them up to T, and re-do them after 100km of driving

    Yeah common sense is all thats needed for those bolts . Not crucial hardware like head or rod bolts .

    The manual say's to do them up to 16lb-ft or 22n.m starting from the inner nuts in a cris cross pattern over 2-3 steps

    should download a service manual and you will have to torque settings for the whole motor

    22nm is less than T but is still enough. Are you replacing it with a phenolic gasket? Might need to be T and not 22nm.

    Yeh either a hondata one or gizzmo one.
