    b16a randomness

    swapped my gearbox out had car running .
    the day it was ready to drive i started it ran for about 5seconds then dropped a cylinder almost died so turned it of and now wont start it sounds like its miss firing but cams havnt moved and took dizzy off points all seemed fine and there is 40psi of fuel going to the rail ..no check engine light or anything..is a b16a with b18cr cams and injectors,adjustable camgears ect ...ect .. anyone knw what it could be?
