    From another forum, don't know how true it is, but makes for a good lol:

    It was described on One News as a "systems distribution failure", but my fiance's mother works for Sky and she said that it happened because whoever was supposed to be monitoring the Prime channel was instead watching the Spice channel, and accidentally broadcasting it without realising they were. They will lose their job as Sky will most likely be fined by the BSA, who don't care if it was accidental
    I'm pissed I missed it, heh.
