    Short notice; tomorrow afternoon
    I literally only need it for an hour, garage I'm going to is less than a KM away but with nothing in the bay I don't want to tow it.

    There is nothing wrong with towing it with nothing in the bay. Just make sure everything that is loose is put away or secured. Being less than a KM away, it will be easier to tow it.
