Fuck i'm still steaming mad from last night. I got a txt from someone saying that they had a DC5 Type R front bumper and that they were up in Auckland on the evening but would be going back to Hamilton so I had to do the deal ASAP. I checked with him that it was definately a Type R bumper with a red bage, grill, brake ducts and deeper lip. He said yes and we agreed on $350 since it was 'MINT'.

This fucktard has me drive out to Manurewa McDonalds and I'm left waiting for 45 minutes even after I call him repeated times and he says "i'm 5 minutes away", "i'm just around the corner". So even after 45 minutes on a Sunday evening I was already pretty pissed off. The idiot turns up and whats this? A non Type R bumper.



The idiot starts trying to claim it is one and all it needs is a red badge (that he said it already had when clearly it didn't!). It wasn't mint condition either!

Turns out this scammer had driven up from Hamilton to collect a front and rear bumper + side skirts that he won on auction for $50 each. He's already relisted the bits on trademe for $350!!!

FUCK SAKE!! Cant stand some trademe muppets!!

1. Order pizza on line for pickup.
2. Get beers on way to collect pizza, timed right you walk in right when the pizza comes out of the oven.
3. Discover there is only one cash register open and two fucktards are figuring out what they want to order at the register, instead of deciding beforehand.
4. When they finally make up their minds, take out purse, count miscellaneous notes and spare coins to see if they have enough.
5. Don't have enough, so have to change their order.
6. Repeat steps 3,4, and 5 three or four times.
7. When asked to hurry up by the ever increasing line of customers they just completely ignore everyone with spaced out blank looks on their faces.
8. Finally get the order, pay for it with their fucking spare change.
9. Get my pizza, fly home, only to discover that the Mrs has to leave for work she hasn't got time for any of the pizza we were supposed to eat together before she left.

She = no dinner.

The problem I find here is when you decide to nip past somewhere different for a change, or are in a different city, and the staff get overwhelmed by too many customers and mix up what eachother are doing and produce the wrong bloody coffee's.

Didn't here back for two weeks so I give him bad feed back and he says and week later fu I'm not selling them to you! So he took my money and my shocks. Trademe me was no help saying try get I contact with the seller.

You have his name, rough area and bank details. Contact the police. Also, to be a seller, he has to be address verified (I think?). Trademe will have to release those details to the police as this is blatant theft.

Pull out the inner guard . It's not the proper way to do it. It it can be done! Shouldn't have needed to remove the head light though.

Yea headlight didnt need to but I had looked at the spare gaurd I have (for other side of course) to see where all the bolt holes were....turns out the one behind the headlight was just one for the light to locate in

Inner gaurd was out already I dont run them but I wanted to line the door up as best possible and thats hard to do with the gaurd in the way.....And Gou3e yes/na on taking door off hinges, worst way to do it....motherfucker to get back on again.

Undoing them where the hinges bolt to the doors (ratchet spanners ftw) saves having to remove the front panels, but also a bit of a mish to get back on if you don't have a helper. I hate swapping front doors lol. especially when the door loom is one of those ones that have to go through the frame, around all the fuse box n shit to get to the plugs

Note to self: It is NOT a good idea to open a (stubborn) paint can with a chisel. I put a 15mm long perfect slice along the ridge of the web between my thumb and forefinger. Of the hundreds of times I've opened paint cans it was the only time I've used a chisel (it was the closest thing I could grab when the screwdriver wouldn't work) and the only time I've slipped and hit my hand.

However the thing that pisses me off is I never think to get photos when I injure myself. And this was the perfect opertunity. When I moved my thumb the slice opened up, it was awesome!
