    Rugby League Thread - 2012 NRL Season

    Well..... I promised myself I wouldnt start another league thread till 2010 and its 2010 now... sooooooooo

    I dunno about any of you other League nutters in here! But the league season is getting close once again every week... and im already boiling over waiting for it to start !

    And with all the action going on off the field at mo' its almost as good as during the season...

    World Club Challenge coming up....

    Indigenous VS All Stars coming up......

    Who else is waiting for this sh1t to kick off!

    I just wish all this pathetic off field drama would fuck right off. I mean the things with Ben at the Knights was just silly....how could a high profile player think he was going to get away with dealing drugs? Lets just hope 2010 can be remembered for the amazing talent displayed on the field, not the muppets off it.

    I'm picking Eels to take it out, you can't come that close and loose it again. Pretty sure the financial pressure on the Storm will begin to show. Queensland to take out Origin 2-1. And the Warriors will disappoint again

    Im picking the warriors to have a really slow start to the season, but by mid way through they will be within top 8

    By end of season they would be 9 or 10 and miss the cut

    Yup been alot of off feild drams for 2009... will most likely contnue for 2010, the media love finding shit to sell the papers and the NRL sells papers thats for real!

    I think the Eels should easily be in top4.... they will be lucky to make finals 2 years running... Temana Tahu will strengthen that team big time! Totally agree with Storm buckling this season... if they make it 5 years in a row then they are amazing!

    Warriors.... yeah start season slow... mid season form then run out of steam... seems to be tradition... im going to say Warriors to finish 8th at best this season... even though they my team. Just cant see it coming together.
