Looking to buy a exhaust system for my DC2R 96SPEC Integra, i have completed intake setup and started on the outlet with some jasma 4-2-1 headers,
what type of exhaust system would suitable for hi/low power gains? and roughly what size should i be looking at? i have heard that 2.5" has made some
integra's lose power TRUE / FALSE?? =/ so im currently looking at a HKS Silent Hi Power exhaust 2.38"

depends on what else you have planned for your car. if theyre the only mods get the HKS if not get the bigger 2.5 one

I like my buddyclub spec 3 pro, link G4 is quite overkill for an average honda N.A setup IMO, but if your budget allows then do it

iv had 4 sets of hks exhaust. awesome overall. performance gains and noise level is perfect

JASMA isn't a brand, it's an industry body - Japanese Automobile Sport Muffler Association, although you'll see many variants of this.

i heard my headers are FGK Fujitsubo 4-2-1 headers , and they are Jasma stamped.. does that make more sense? i seen my headers on 41.co.nz for over 1.6k 5kg light weight etc.
dont know much about HKS exhaust systems but in this picture does it look like a genuine item? i see silent imprinted on the muffler. and also dented res should not effect much correct? ill be looking to purchase after labour weekend
Heh this is my old system, yes it's genuine. I had it tuned with the dent in it and also without before it had some bad dents, appeared to make little to no difference in power.

getrichster =/ ... how can you tell that its not genuine ? he said should bolt onto a dc2/itr 96spec with some cat pipe to fit to headers? paying extra $50 for the cat pipe... can anyone see any other visable dents other then on the res?
just confirmed YES it is from a EG civic hatch.... now my question is will it FIT my integra type-r 96spec dc2??

what will need to be done?
will need to be made longer. but you need to take it in to the shop and have them mock fit it to know exactly what needs done
will it be costly? do you know how much roughly? too much hassle ? if so i might just keep waiting
i dont know, i dont work at an exhaust shop. take it into one and get them to give you a quote
