F22B-H22a-H23a Turbo'ing (Want to test crome on my 4WD Dyno so building up something)

Hello all. My car runs a f22b, It was suguested that i use a H22a Head on the F22b engine then turbo it, I can buy a H22a engine from strong for $595+gst or a H23a for $800+gst.
