Ok, so it's been a while since I've posted anything about my little project, but here's a quick update.
The EF is currently looking very naked. I've pretty much taken out everything except the parts that keep it rolling.
Next step is to attack
So I have the car basically stripped down. Windows out, engine out, doors off, all interior out including the dash. Had my brother over in the weekend and with his engineering skills and a good welder, we are going to tackle the rust. It looks like it's not going to be as big a mission as I first
Ok, so I have a dilemma I am pondering.
Last night while continuing to strip down the EF, I found a reasonable amount of rust in the bottom of the A pillar and the sill on both sides. I am now wondering what to do next...
I have also found an EF3 for sale for not too
