Honda Cup today confirmed the North Island Honda Cup Winter Series .

Honda Cup organisors are trying to give everyone as much advance notice as possible .
The winter series is now a feeder series to the main Summer Series and will be a little more low key and rookie friendly with the focus on introducing rookies to circuit racing . Some of the more experienced Honda Cup racers will be on had over the winter series to mentor the new racers and assist with car setup and driving skills .

All events will be one dayers with optional practice days schedule the day prior at some circuits .
In addition to the tradition grid, revser grid and handicap races the organisors have also schedule a mini enduro and time attack race formats .

Entry to the Series will be limited with preference being given to Rookies
