Thread: Honda Cup Round 3

Honda Cup round 3 will be at Pukekohe Park on the 17th of July, get along and support the Hondas as they do battle once more!

Alan Stewart looks as if he'll dust the cobwebs off his demon Gear-X DC2 and keep the likes of Trevor Strong and Martin Dunn honest, along with Shaun Van Beers who has had some excellent results in the first two rounds. After gearbox issues kept him out of round 2, Tim Blackwell-Chin will be hoping the chassis and aero work will push his car closer to the elusive sub-1.10 zone, and keep tabs on Richard Gee, who is absolutely flying this season along with 1600cc class regulars Gary Wilson, Rik Wakelin, and Jason Weel. Honda Cup dark horses [insert any driver here] are sure to make an appearance also, and with entrants nearing thirty cars, the racing should be close and exciting all the way through the field!

Entry list will be updated the closer we get!

In. will be doing my usual and putting around the back.

Will be there, sorted my drama and have some money now to race as well

Definately thinking yes. Need more practise and could do with the track time. Will be back on semis for Puke and rounds after that too.

Had one light shower about an hour ago, apart from that, the finest day we have had in Puke for weeks!!.. Bring it on!!!

Yeah been mint out here puke ways. Dont be put off to much, it was raining in otahuhu today when i was out there, until i got out puke it was mint.

May I ask why just to spectate it costs $10?

Because it's a sanctioned series. You cant just go watch SS2000 for free can you?
