    XYZ Brakes?

    Hey all anyone run or running these, looking at maybe a 6pot caliper and 300mm rotors for a type r dc2 racecar? Any thouhgts?

    I havent, but a guy at work runs them, said the car stops excelently but there is more pedal play than the prelude upgrade. he also has a 1" master cyl

    A number of cars are using them in Honda Cup / SS2000 / Honda Challenge all very successfully.
    Believe other classes may be running them too (E30 BMW's).

    Haven't used them myself but there are certainly some fast Hondas with them!

    on that note do you no how good the prelude upgrade was then?

    The prelude upgrade is very good. I'm gonna try out drive the brakes first before considering an upgrade.

    Thanks gudgen have run this season with standard brakes and trying to decide if i go full upgrade or new prelude rotors and second hand calippers as a cheaper oprion any idea on prices?

    The prelude upgrade is a very cheap option with good results.
