    Force flow air intake

    What are you guys' view on the force flow air intakes, those ones with the fan behind the pod filter to draw in more air?
    My spare wheel spins in racing gear !!!

    Seriously...

    ...ofcourse they work. You'll need a 3 inch exhaust system on your D15B tho.

    Correct. You really only start to see benefits if you have one both at the start of the intake system, and start>middle of exhaust system (ie: between headers and cat). Same principle as a turbo, just a fraction of the cost. Play around with different fan designs to alter which part of your powerband it focuses on.

    Why not? A turbo is just a fan that is spun by the exhaust gas rather than a motor, same thing yea

    you need to release the massive amounts of pressure some how, or it will blow the welds on your intake

    Yeah this happened to me once during a street race. Now i gotta rip apart the block and replace the piston rings i fried.
