    In America, for minor accidents you can just claim $500 from the person at fault then and there, obviously the repair for that accident would only be $15 in scratch correction paint

    Haha scammer deserves everything hes getting (aside from if someone physically hurts him or his family.)

    All hes getting is stress which he would be putting on other people if it wasn't on him.
