yep it should be $400. any breach of a license condition is this much, and as we all know the restricted license conditions are no passengers, and no driving after 10 or before 5am!

Its $400 if you breach your restricted license. It doesn't matter whether you break your conditions once or several times in the one incident, its still $400.

yeah $400 sounds about right, but if u break more than one condition at a time and u get a bad cop, ur in for a wallet crusher. but if u had an experience like me and had a really nice traffic cop (kinda rare these days) u mite just get let off one of the $400's

Is it just me, or shouldn't you guys be thinking more along the lines of - Dont Do It!!!!?

I don't know, it might be a crazy wild thought, but why risk getting a big fine and eventually possible loss of licence, as well as the possibility of not being covered by insurance whether you hit someone or they hit you (yes thats right, i am pretty sure they won't have to pay if you are not covered by the rules of your licence just like drink drivers)?

    My 2 cents are over.

pnut is right, your insurance (if you have any) will be null and void if you have an accident and you are breaching licence conditions (including 10pm-6am one as well)
