Sunday Off-Roading

Ol' Itekdu is in the city for the weekend so have been talking about a meet for Saturday afternoon. Not sure of where, but will be at about midday, as I have work at about 5-6pm. Could incorporate a bit of a cruise into it. May as well show him some of the city before BWDOWN gets ahold of him Saturday night and inflicts drunken amnesia upon him and he forgets it !! Haha.

Post up here if you are keen. It has been a while since we have had an official meet, so may as well get everyone together to catch up.

Re: Saturday Arvo Catchup

Ah yes... didn't go ahead. I think I slept, if I remember correctly.

Sounds like some of us are going off-roading this weekend? There are three trucks coming along at this point in time? I'm in my brothers truck, and the girls are in the back so we are full. Might be room in some of the others if anybody else is coming? From what it sounds like, minimum requirement for the track is some decent mud tyres (Wranglers or Swampers or similar), and a snorkel... preferably lifted a bit. I assume we will finalise the track choice Sunday morning around 10.45 at my place.

If your serious, go hard... will make great video footage watching it go into hydrolock, blow up its diff, or peel off its floorpan

Re: Saturday Arvo Catchup

Was a great outing this morning... I was still barely awake, but made it. HAHA! Nick loved having some guys closer to his age to go 4x4'ing with... instead of the 40+yo guys in his club that usually go out.

Jared must be glad we had the tow-hook

Any pictures?

Yea that would be a lot of fun, what wasnt so much fun was when I got my Dads truck on two wheels and had to turn the steering wheel hard right and jam it (first pic) into the bank to prevent it from rolling over.

There was already smahed glass on the ground there where someone else had done the same thing hahaha
