F20B SiR ecu chipping

Hi, can I get my OBDII ECU for my F20b SiR chipped or modded? If so who, where and how much?

Re: F20B SiR ecu chipping

You have already been told, Does a manual conversion require an ECU?

No one chips obd2 only a few people in the states have managed to do it.

Just get a conversion harness for obd1 and run obd1.

Re: F20B SiR ecu chipping

actually people do chip OBDII in new zealand just gotta ask around. I believe speedfactor knows someone who can.

Just expensive, even the chip that you have to buy to write it is expensive like over$100 i think,

and thats without labour.

To Run OBD1 the car will most likely need a full retune, road and dyno.
OBD1 H22A ECU's can't be chipped

Re: F20B SiR ecu chipping

you can use many OBD1 vtec ecu's. It's complicated for all that is involved. Pay to ring speed factor.

probably a P72 ECU is your best bet because you will be able to control the secondary runners (If F20B even has them?)

If not just run any OBD1 vtec ecu and get it chipped and tuned with F20B maps
