With sound gear in the boot, and five people in my car it drops another 1-2 inch in the rear from normal. Handles like ass when it sags that much though!

Nah got a set of D2's on uber discount.. going to get some camber arms and gear now. Might do a ITR rear sway bar conversion and get some blox LCA's also.. Kinda want it to go around corners. |

I just fitted king's in my laurel just jacked the frfont up massive, of course most retail places just want the sale and won't tell you " These springs will raise your car not lower it" I just ended up compressing and shorten shocks by that time & cost adjusties was the cheaper option. My advice as above colover's or set of springs e.g neuspeed and compress.

I can barely make the front move if I push down on it hard. They corner pretty nice too, altough my eagle F1's would help a bit. I'v just had a mate sack her car and been given the wrong springs, you've always got to check that . . . If you want to be a cool kid you can cut your springs, mite not pass a WOF though . . .

I mean roughly about 20-40% of the inspectors dont even check!! Some people cut the ends then sand around the edges and use a spray can to touch up the end bits so it looks legit. People do get away with it. It will look even more legit if the car is just above 100mm of the ground.

Just a bit pissed off now that i cant use BLOX or skunk2 LCA's cause i dont have DC rear suspension, Wanted extra bling and a little less weight. Wonder If i can buy a lower fork of D2 to convert my rear shocks to a dc style one.. Hmm even better, wonder If i can find someone who has a stuffed set of coilovers!! |
