EF3 Questions

Just wondering wheter how much weight i would loose all together if i was strip out an ef3.. Taking out the A/C, rear seats and front left seat and spare tyre etc.. ive searched but its not really that clear

Also, a ef3 with I/H/E as well as the stripping, what 1/4 mile time wuld u expect that to do?

Cheers

I ran a 15.3 1/4 mile in my EF3 Si.

Pod filter, crappy pitstop exhaust and no aircon

Your air con would probably weigh about 15 - 20 kgs total, that's including every last nut and bolt and any piping, etc.

Youd easily be able to get 15s. SiRedge on this board has ran a 15.8 with only a pod filter and 2.25" exhaust. No stripping, no suspension mods, no headers etc

yep
back in the day i ran at meremere
15.3
15.5 and a pb of 15.1
with a zc, cams , exhaust , shitty pod ,shitty tires and a stage 3 mugen chip and extractors.

my friend ran a 15.9 and lower standard
so it depends on a lot.
i could of easy broke 14. but the conditions werent right.
to be honest when we used to strip them out
it didnt make that much difference maybe .2 for heaps of kg
