crank pulley

hi! Ive got a 2000 Odyssey & i'm wondering what causes the crankshaft pulley to wobble at low idle speed? Someone said it's because its a dynamic pulley but i checked other odysseys and they dont wobble at all!
Also, where are the anchor points for the child seat restraints on the 2nd row seat? I need your help on those 2 questions cause those are too technical for me.....

not sure about the 2000 but the seat anchor bolts for our 98 oddy were under the carpet, lift the carpet behind the seats and you will find a bolt in the floor remove it and replace it with your anchor point and bolt, you will prob need to put a slit in the carpet to put the anchor point through, haven't got round to looking for the ones for the 3rd row yet

seems like a lot of ones on here are buying oddys now
