fuel pumps? using a pump of a non honda car in a turbo honda

Is it possible to do this? as I was reading on http://www.nzmmc.co.nz/ and someone was selling a GTR fuel pump. and I was thinking that it could be a cheap way to get a higher flowing fuel pump. Is this do-able? are fuel pumps semi universal kinda like injectors?

yep can be done in my opinion the batman rx7 fuel pumps are the best buy, i think they are only $300 maybe less my mate got me one from bnt, wiring was easy just join the 2 wires i rewired my completely though, and are still an intank design so u dont have to modify plumbing etc unless u want 2

hey dude, use the s4 rx7 puimp, any rotor bogan should have one lying around in the shed, and they'll be quite a bit cgheaper than a bat one i'd say...

fit straight into my car, mounts, pump, wiring

only thing you may have to worry about is that you may need more static fuel in the tank, cause the honda uses a hanging sack filter, and the rx7 pump uses a box with netting around it..

nohting bending the fuel senders can't fix..

260L/hr @ 43psi or 4.3L/min

It's the EXACT same pump as the HKS 'high flow'.. ie, the same denso part number
