What Oil?

Hey it's almost time for my next oil change.I was just wondering what everyone else uses.In the past I have used Pennziol Semi Senthetic. Was just wondering if anyone can hook me up with some Honda Oil if that would be better?
Any info would be great...Thanks.

Penzoil 10-30w works for me. Honda's seem to like 10-30w if I recall correctly.

Have a search.. There's HEAPS of topics like this one

Yeh if you're doing competition racing, but a bit expensive for day to day driving.

Haha perhaps.

I use Penzoil 10-30w aswell. But I mean it depends on your budget as everyone else is saying.

hondas have very fine clearacnes in the bottom end compared to most cars.

Because of this they need thiner oil then most other cars, most hondas are recomended for a 10w/30. Mine is recomended for a 5w/30. Make sure its a api SL rated oil to.

Cheap oil = less engine life.

Actually its quite cheap and the Competition GT bit is just what they call it for the 10W40  just to sound flash etc they call the other types other funky race inspired names too. And yes i run it in a daily driven car as well
