Anyway I suppose it was more a "rooting" traffic stop for the officer. I wasn't aware that it was against the law to ride topless, surprised the feminist dykes "up there" let that one slip.

i remember this from last year or the year before, was stuck on queen st working. just turned the car off, climbed onto the roof of a mates courier van and sat there and watched. bit cold down in welly for that this time of year tho!

i would have thought mr banks would have been well behind this too!
