Pics of random project + need some 80mm fans!

I need a couple of slow quiet 80mm fans.

I have two essentially brand new ball bearing fans here which i bought for this project ecxept it turns out they suck at low speeds. They are high rpm high air flow and move lots of air, but i cant slow them down enough for what i want.

I am looking for someone who has some slow quiet fans they would be keen to swap for my fans

Prefer new or good condition used.

You can get fan speed control, not sure but I think they just lower the voltage to slow the speed, meens less airflow but less noise too.
What are you usinging them for?
moving heat away from a stelth audio install?

Not stealth audio, huge audio. My fan controller initially turns them on at 3-4V and these fans just suck down there. They are fine once they get above 7V but thats not where they will spend the majority of their time.

Ive got an old random fan on their as a temp measure and it seems to be working really well. Just bearing noise now cos its pretty old.

I might throw up a photo or two a bit later on if anyone is interested.

jm_h22a: that sounds awesome

EDIT:
I have had the bits for this kicking about for over 3 years now, its good to finally have it doing something. Its a bit of a waste using them to power a sub so hopefully i will have a more interesting use for them one day

Twin Studio 350 kit amplifiers with an external +-70VDC power supply. All up should be 700WRMS into 4 ohms. In theory that Fusion speaker can handle that sort of power but it starts clipping well before the amps do. The sub will run almost to full power on only one channel
