was raining a bit today and they were irrigating a few of the paddocks, climbs up fine, just hook the individual wheel brakes to hold it on the slope, but going down 8O

The 10 speed will have you fit in no time Marc. Just be weary of going into high range as when you slam the lever over into 6th your hand may get quite close to the centre console

the truck doesnt have a centre consol per se, just a custom mounting for the spreader controls and the independant front brake controls. ill grab a pic monday

Not that I know alot about them... but I dig trucks.

Guy 2 doors down from me has a massive Kenworth cabover with hooj sleeper cab... love hearing that thing spooling up the road early in the morning. Best thing was one night him and his buddies were on the turps, so he was fanging the thing around the crescent that runs behind our street, and back down ours before getting on the jakes down the street. One of the best noises ever. 8)

yeah its not cool at all on some of the steeper stuff, nose down and it starts to slide, cant use the engine brake cause it locks the rears, just left foot brake it with a bit of power so the spreader keeps pumping out the product.
the boss showed me a hole he dug in some peat, he buried it up to the bottom of the doors almost, it just kept sinking, took a crane to haul it out in the end
