Race an M3 at Nurburgring for free

BMW has created a free computer game, a simulator which lets you race the new M3 around the Nurburgring.

It's available to download directly from BMW.
http://www.bmw.com/com/en/newvehicle...e/content.html

But be warned - learning to apply opposite lock using keyboard arrows is probably not the most productive way to spend a day in the office.

It's addictive though, as the game allows you to spec up your own virtual M3 with a range of factory options before setting off for a few hot laps.

The sound of the 414bhp V8 has been recorded into the game for a bit of added realism and you can also take on other racers online.

Only problem is.. it's 345Mb to download

Just finished a few laps on the normal track (Nur G.
Great sound and visuals, the designer of this game is the same who made GTR2 (which I have also 8) ), the menu looks 90% similar.

Initial thoughts..... the car feel abit slow . Handling is quite neutral and balanced... there are options to turn TC, DSC and ABS off, I just turned TC off and left the other two on.

Could only manage a best of 2 min 17 sec, with a nearly full tank of gas, got owned by the AI drivers doing 2 min 14's tho
