Exactly. Even if there is something wrong with them, there still needs to be consequences. Hugs, new pills, and a bit of therapy wont help the victim's, and eventually society will get sick of it and take matters into their own hands. All the tree hugging, hippy, ignore it and it'l go away, love is the cure people are only making the problem worse.
