I like it

It certainly makes a nice change from all the other (mostly crap) UK rides where all theyve done is fitted a giant kit and wheels and think its the shit...

Welcome!

I must say im very suprised at seeing a British Honda that would look totally out of place in MAX Power definitly a bit of a sleeper, good choice of wheels too

Nice

Photography tip : Hondas belong on the road, not the beach 8)

Yeah, to me a backbox is slang for a woman's...uh...derriere...

Looks good though, but I'm not a fan of tennis-ball sized exhaust tips.

Welcome aboard.

Tidy CRX. What's the Honda scene like in the UK? The impression I get from the few maxpower mags I ve browsed through, it's mainly souped up saxo's and cosworths?

I live in Wales near a town called Pwllheli

The Honda scene over here is pretty big. there are two main clubs/ forums which are:

www.hondarevolutions.com
http://board.hondacrx.co.uk/phpBB2/

Im a member of the CRX-UK forum and we have meets all over the country. About 1/3 of the 2000 members we have own SiR and they are more common than you'd think.

As for Max power feature cars
I really don't like the way most of them have magnetised their cars and driven through the local motorsports store to see what stuck

Ive modded my car depending on what i wanted it to do:

Coilovers and strut braces for the handling
manifold and exhaust for the performance
uprated brakes for the stopping

Ive added the 17's cos they weighed the same as my 15's and with the smaller profile of the tyre means the car turns into corners a lot sharper than before
The seats aren't the most comfortable in the world but boy do they give you more confidence when your ragging the car

The full mugen kit will improve the looks of the car and also be an advert for the mugen replica kits that i am making to sell over here.

As for the muffler and backbox thing. I always thought a muffler was an american term only used over there.

That was my first honda. I sold it to a mate when i bought my first CRX. It was parked outside his house one night when a group of guys nicked his wheels and torched it right on his drive 8O

They were caught not long ago and will soon be serving a 12 month scentence
