Photoshop Help

ok, I'm past the limit of my photoshop crouching blur tool, hidden free-transform style. I need someone to put a front spoiler on the ole cef you see below... with a shiny intercooler there...

Once the spoiler is on i'll just graft it onto the rest of my image, change the colour and it'll be done.

Go hard

edit : ummm no need to lower it or anything otherwise it'll be a mish to graft back on - on my image ive already changed paint/wheels/sides etc etc blah blah. Just too unco to do the front
