Don't you hate it.....

OK, so I pick up my pizza straight out of the over from pizza hutt, driving home decide to take an uphill left at a moderate rate of speed, get home, open pizza box and all the cheese/toppings have slid over to 1 edge of the pizza?!?! That's a better reason than to avoid crashing for slowing down
Any other annoying fast food mishaps?

Funny you should say...

I drove home quick as usual after work today, braked hard for a corner, can of coke at the back flew forward, hit the back of my seat, and fucking *exploded*...shocked the living shit outta me, I almost slid into a traffic light...

One minute gauging the corner and checking for hazards, next having this WTF moment as the can does its impression of a high speed blowout and the drivers side window gets a blood-spray pattern of cola...

Can looks kinda cool, but rear floor utterly soaked

Other than that, last year I left an open bag of corn chips in the back seat for some odd reason...hard emergency braking got me a new decor....

was picking up 3 large pizzas once and carrying them to the car
put the pizzas on the bonnet and used one hand to open the door n one hand to hold onto the pizzas
opened door and about to put pizza in, wind blew door shut (very windy) and dropped a pizza to the ground
luckily "caught" it and not much feel *phew*

driving home with them is another story...

My mate had 2 cans of coke sitting in his car for god knows how long, he decided to get them out yesterday, and they were so hot, you almost couldnt touch them, one of them just exploded in his hand as he was walking to the house, and the other one had a huge bulge on the top, where it was about to explode, funny shit.

On my way home from work one night, with a large cup of coke wedged between my legs, after having been through the drive through at Mc D's. I was forced to brake suddenly when the car in front of me stalled at the lights. I tried to stop the cup from spilling foward onto the floor by squeezing my legs together but ended up popping the lid of the cup and exploading coke all over myself. I was furious.

hehe

heheheh

speaking of crotch-related driving mishaps with food (that sounds a lot dodgier than it might otherwise be)...

Was driving my m8s prelude last year, eating a popsicle....hot day, popsicle partially melted, big chunk of it falls right onto my crotch just as I hit the twisties at 70k...

First the initial shock, then the unpleasantness of having to ignore it for the greater good of keeping the car on the road for 6 or more seconds...

I never learn my lesson, so it happened again in the Skyline, rode up a roundabout island...not my finest display of driving skill, but understandably so....

I hate it when you buy pizza and have to drive for more than 2 minutes and your car stinks like pizza for the next week...

Spilt milkshake is worse than spilt coke 'cause if you don't clean ALL of it off straight away the milk goes off & makes your car smell really bad

Will try to nick my sista's digital camera tomoro...

The interesting thing about the can is that its not ripped along the red-painted bit, but looks like its been opened with a bayonet-type can opener (from what I remember of the brief glance)

Normally you'd expect the paper-thin aluminium to rupture instead of the top just blowing the feck off...
