Location: Napier | Id just like to say a big hi to all NZH users and congratulations on your contributions in making a sucessfull community of big H fans and the wealth of knowledge that goes with it!! I have been a browser for far too long and thought its about time i actually did something about it and join up!! I have found alot of the threads very interesting and helpfull and im looking forward to making some worthy contributions in the near future. My brother and i are currently building up a 89 sir crx with a rather serious B20 n/a engine based on a ITR engine with the help from Kelford cams and Speedfactor. All going well we should have all together tuned and dragging in the up coming season. I will be looking at posting up our build info very shortly when i have a bit of time on my hands. Keep up the good work everyone and if you have some spare time or questions please feel free to drop me a line! Regan. |

(thats just me, and my opinion, others may state otherwise though) anyways welcome, enjoy your stay, that power to weight should be insane.. and the torque too.. ![]()

Location: Napier | Re: A Big Hi To Everyone!! Yip Its a 1997 ITR B18c block i believe. Its been tested and darton sleeves fitted and machined to suit 84.5mm wiseco pistons. We originally were going to use a B20b block- the low compression early model crv one. After futher study we changed our minds as they are weak and can be prone to failure. The head is a B16a1 head with all the work done on it by kelford. Cant wait for dyno day, perhaps i could put up a clip of a power run then follow it up with a timeslip. Cheers Regan. |
