Whats a good exhaust for a EK3 sedan ?

now that iv got my VI-RS Sedan ( pictures to come )

I'm wanting to put a exhaust onto the car

am just after suggestions on brands, places, etc

must be not be too expensive & must have a nice deep sound not too loud

mmm tastes like n00b....

try the tech forums (where this will probably be moved to soon)
also try search, or probably slightly more useful, have a look through some of the build threads and see what other people are using

put a chrome muffler on the back. thats cheap. deep sound comes from the increased exhaust manifold tubing and full exhaust. but it will be loud.

check the new exhaust laws. you may think twice, especially if its just for the sound and not performance, which chances are it is...

i want performance gains too, i didnt think i had to mention that lol

and not a n00b got a project in the haps ww2 jeep with 1ggte supra engine soon to have T70 turbo running 20psi should make around 250+kw

just wanting to know what works well with Hondas, iv heard the buddy club system is Way too loud

first time owning & modiying a honda

did you have that on your turbo hayce? would have been really restrictive!?

If you experienced with engine swaps, I'd just put the money towards that. Go B-series. I don't think you will notice the performance gains with a SOHC.

i believe he bought this car based on fuel economy so i doubt he would want to change the engine.

Yea I did on the old setup, 2.5" was plently for that, need 3" this time round. Replied to your pm op.

I have the perfect exhaust for your car.
Honda Access rear muffler for EK sedan.
Not expensive & have a nice deep sound not too loud.

you can take my EK4 middle pipe for little extra if you want.

all the answers these days seem to be 'save for an engine swap', christ

a 2.25 inch with 2-3 reso's and a barrel shape (not n1 cannon) muffler would be fine, would let the (weak, slow) motor breathe abit more, wont notice the difference much though.. but hey, you asked!

intake exhaust and headers will make a difference in power on most engines so always start with that. after that, dont bother IMO
