At least you're keen!! ![]() Why dont you make a build thread and chuck as much questions in as possible and we can help as best as possible and see your progress etc. No body can say you will gain X power. All we can say is that things will help improve power or say what brands have shown good results and what have shown bad results. Every car is different, what might gain 15 hp on one car may lose hp on another. Overall yes the Skunk2 intake manifold will give you a nice upgrade. The Snail B18C intake manifold isn't one of the best for all out flow with its dual stage runners. A throttle body would be the next go, i would look for around 70mm or a bit less depending on what mods you hope to do in the future. Blox also do a nice B18C intake at a good price, the Skunk2 is supposed to be better but i haven't seen dyno evidence yet. Yes that J's racing extractor will fit your car and yes it will give you an improvement in power, yes it is better then an RPS which i've seen to commonly have very poor ports. After doing the usual I/H/E (intake, header, exhaust) plus any more bolt ons (intake manifold etc) it will be time for a tune. Because you're OBDII a vafc is a cheap option but will not neat the biggest overall gain in power. Converting to OBDI would be better and you could either run Krome which i've been impressed with lately or Hondata. Good luck, make a build thread and please search. ![]()

I would merge all your threads but meh... all the questions are common and a search will find the answer easily enough. N/A Modification Guide for Beginners Read through that too. As for the cost of getting things done - use your brain to figure what sort of person would do it, ie an engineer - then call them for a quote.
