are rps headers any good

i have a 2.5" rps exhaust system with flexi joint, no cat , 1 reso and a xforce twin loop. it has (2.5" x 2) tubing and a twin loop. is it good for performance and fuel ecomony.if not what would u recommend?? i'm looking at good gains not great.lol

lol those two things never work side by side. To get good power your going to use more fuel. Unless ofcourse your car was running stupidly rich and you can reduce the fuel use a lil.
