H22A cam specs?

hey all, I'm after some accurate cam specs for stock JDM H22A, Type-S and Euro-R cams

can anyone help me out?

Standard H22A

CAM ad int/ex @05 int/ex lift int/ex
Stock SH 275/275 225/227 448/415

ad = advertised duration. @05 = duration at 0.050" gross lift
lift = gross lift (in thousandths)

Trying to find Euro R specs is a challenge somebody must know them though.
