SOLVED!!
The vacuum hose to the map sensor was broken off inside the throttle body and not sealing, so it was basically like i had no map sensor.
Car now absolutely cranks and doesnt blow any fuel.
just a few bits of fine tuning to do but i think the nightmare is over!!
