My Dyno Results

Got my car dyno'd at Beyond today (after they installed my new short-shifter. Thanks FBI/Beyond!!! )

Here are the results:

Pretty good figure for a B18c with only the intake done.
I'm planning on doing the headers, and getting a twin-loop exhaust tip, then getting it dyno'd again.

Comments welcome

Yep what Alex said.
105kw isn't that great but I hope to add another 10-15 to that in the next few months.

Not worth the hassle with the law coming in next year.

I think the new law is only going to apply to cars after a certain age...

Im not sure how low Beyond's readings are. B16a's get around 105kw at Torque performance... Not bad for just intake though.

Beyond uses Dyno Dynamics which I was told reads slightly lower. Doesn't really matter though. At least when I do more mods I can go back to them and get an accurate idea of how much power I gained.

The new exhaust law will only apply to cars with the date of manufacture of after January 1, 2001or sold new in New Zealand after January 1, 2000. Thus, if your car is older, it will be exempt. For more clarification, pm A.J. (unstable).

Sweet so if we have one, on an older car I wonder if we can take it off and it will still be legal haha
