d16a to vtec help

I wanna swap a soch vtec head on it,Do i have to buy a vtec kit(like b20b to vtec)?
anything i need to do this swap?is it hard?
which head is better between d15b or d16y?
because i will turbo charge it don'know which one is more efficent?
please tell me~~~~~thx !!!!!!

Get rid of the D series altogether, but if you want to be different then go for it, im not sure on how well it fits, as i have the same engine, but mine keeps up with vtecs if you push it enough and its just standard

i have an LXi / D15b hybrid.....

all i did was take out the oil squirter in the block and used a d15b cambelt

and uhh search mini me conversion if you really wanna find actual info...

ive got a D16A block with a D15B head on it

just removed the oil squirter on the block.

u may have a do a wee bit of wiring if the car isnt vtec from the start.
