EG Neuspeed on EK

Who knows if EG Neuspeeed springs are OK to be used on an EK? :/

Quick question regard damper. I don't have the knob that is usually supplied to adjust the damper, but which way is to to stiffen or soften the damper?

Clockwise is softer, anticlockwise is firmer.
