Pressing in new suspension bushes

What tool do you guys use to remove and install new suspension bushes.

Some of them are a rite C***! I tried to take some of the ones out of Tims front arms, and with a 6ton press we couldnt get them out!! Press is the way to go if you have access to one.

yea press is really the only way to go.......um Ive been knowen to use a big vice....but dont count on the vice holding out if they are too tight !!!

which bushes ??

sweet I will see if my engineer has a press I can use, take all arms off my car and press in new bushes
