Location: Nelson | Raising a EF8 CRX Hey guys. At the moment my CRX is too low for my liking, it has standard suspension (that is 220,000km old) and low king springs. I can feel every bump in the road which doesnt worry my that much but the vehicle is jsut too low and its a mission to get over speed bumps unless im going like 5km/h. I've just moved into a new house and the garage is up a wee sloap of a curb and i dont think i'm going to be able to make it up. Currently i have the front kit removed, it makes it a hell of alot easier to get over speed bumps and driveway entries etc but i cant keep the kit off forever (i actually need to put it back on to get my wof). What suggestions do you guys have? Would putting standard springs in and some new shocks help out my too low issue? Thanks |

I have Neuspeed Race in my EF, which technically drop 5mm lower than "super low" Kings, and it is fine. Unless yours have universally sagged... Just get a new set of springs, something like H&R from FBI, and some new shocks... chances are if you've been that low on stock shocks it has blown them.
