Location: Manukau | EF Brake up grade ey yo, just scored my self a ef9 and first looking at upgrading the brakes. ive seen this video on youtube where the guy from spoon motors does up a ef9 and uses CTR brakes does anyone know if they bolt straight in? if not how much work needs to be done to get them in? thanks |

Location: Christchurch | EK9 is 5-stud so would require a fair amount of work to fit. Just get some better rotors, run some good fluid, and get some good pads. Adam/EVLTEK from FBI will be able to sort you out some good pads and fluid, and hit up your local BNT branch for some brembo blanks, or zonelli slotted ones. Unless you are doing some serious racing, these will be fine. A lot of the guys at clubsport days are doing this.
