Actually they arn't knock-offs they've been around since '94.
They come as either 8 x100 or 8 x 114.3, 15" or 16" and 6.5" or 7" wide

Honda knocked them off if anything.

i looked at doing a hubswap on one of my ef's but unfortunatly there isnt really anything that you could swap into it to get a 4x114.3 pcd. no ef-das had this pcd so you would have to use something from an eg-dc but to do this you would need to use the front knuckles and eg-dc knuckles completely mess up the geometry of ef suspension and you cant use the control arms as the mounting points are different. you have to get them re drilled or use spacers

Redrilling of rims is very very tricky. Before you go whining about all these places who wont do it maybe there is a reason for this

For small changes you can sometimes overdrill them and put in an insert with an offset hole, but that would probably be for 1-2mm at most.

To go from 4x114 to 4x100 you will most likely need to drill a new set of holes which are in the gaps of the existing holes, however 90% of non-multifit mags will remove a lot of material from this area to save weight. I havent actually seen the back of any ITR rims but i would be fairly certain they will have material removed from that section. If this is the case then it would be very difficult and probably very unwise to try and redrill them.
