Help Camber problem.....

Hi everyone...
I have a 2000 EK civic sedan and i have just wound the rear coilover sleeves right down, and love the way it looks, but have got really bad camber.

I see you can get adjustable rear camber arms on trade me, can anyone please tell me does it push the top of the wheel out? or bring the bottom of the wheel in?

as there is sweet bugger all clearance(2mm) and does not scrape at all at the mo, but am concerened the if the adjustable arms push the tops of the wheels out, the wheels will not fit under the guards!

am I going to have problems?

Is this the best way to fix the problem?

I cant spend a fortune, and the $128 adjustable arms look in my budget!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

your right on all counts really........the camber kit will tilt your wheel outwards at the top and undoubtably cause the tyre to rub on the gaurd......which means either a: you have to larger tyre or b: your wheels are too low offset.......

soooooo, either get your gAurds rolled (not that id really advise it but it is definatly an option) or get a more correct wheel/tyre combo and camber kit.......or just have your tyres flipped and rotated regularly to aleiviate camber wear of the tyres

The key word here is adjustable. I've got my front and rear ones with just enough negative camber to avoid rubbing but it sounds like you're borderline already.

Get a wheel alignment with zero toe on the rear. You will find they won't camber stuff all if you keep an eye on em. Its a FWD EK civic, no load or drive on the rear.
I drove around for 2 years on 205/40/17 tyres with 3.5 degrees negative in the rear. Just rotated and kept check on them.
However you may want to fix your front camber.
Also isn't there a lip inside the rear gard that you could cut or fold away
