I have one in my car. If you are not going for brand, you can always get them from Hong Kong in your next trip there! And they are not expensive

sucks if ur a passanger in the rear u cant get ur feet under the seat.

those bars are more for looks than function just get the upper/lower front and rear tie bars and the sway bars that will be more than enough

He was asking for purchasing information not your neverending knowledge on how to build a hot4's feature car or wrc spec road rally car.
I'd also be keen to know where to get/how much these?

no worry man

they probably do work but it all depends on what u want it to achieve. if u want looks go for gold, if u want handling go for the tie bars, sway bars, strut braces and c piller brace first.

Honestly, I do not feel MUCH difference on track and of course on street. But it gives me a bit confidence when hitting some S corners in Puke.

You can find some no-brand B-pillar bars for around HKD300-500 depends on materials. Carbing and Do-Luck both make good bars and they are about HKD1800 last time I quoted.

I know a guy who welded one onto his car chassis and it worked the same. It is a cheaper option.

I don't think if I am going back to HK at the end of this year yet, I will let you know if I do, wish I can chuck some Spoon calipers, Apex-i Power FC or AFC Neo by the time. Oh! They are too small for your container lol

Either 96 or 98 spec ITR front sway bar will do the job on your EG. Unless you want to get some branded one, like Whiteline etc.

I've driven a EG hatch with aftermarket rear sway bar, and I don't like it, the rear is too hard. And I was told the subframe will be damage or something!

What is meant to be the purpose of the room bar? What handling characteristics is it meant to improve?

AFAIK, the DC2R rear sway bar does not bolt on straightly onto EG. I have tried and it needs another bracket in the middle that you can order from the States. I have also heard some disadvantages about putting DC2R rear sway bars on EG.

Not too sure about EKs though.

I honestly didnt notice to much diffrence when installing mine, but i had every other bar so it was kinda last on the list.

Best bet is to put a full cage in and have one with that (maybe down the track)

As said above CTR sway bars would be far more benificial, just so happens i have bth front & rear ones for sale (i have no idea if they fit EG though)
