not really. they only provide spark which helps with combustion of the fuel

Ive seen independant reviews of back to back dyno runs of these in the US and they didnt make any more power than normal plugs

New plugs make more power than old plugs. But that's it.

and thats only cause the old plugs have worn out. it can increase efficency though as it allows a better flame front and a more complete burn

Yeah I was reading that the other day when they tested fancy plugs.

Gained 5 hp or something, but put new, stock plugs, and got the same gain. It seems engines just enjoy new plugs for the reason you've stated above.

a $5 spark plug will make as much power as a $100 plug - the difference being the time the plug will remain in good working order

Elijhan, you should be running platinum plugs in your CF4.

xpolit i think there should be platinum plugs already in the f20b
