Accord broken into =[

Did not have insurance at the time, they jackers got a hell of a jackpot in my car. I stoped in town for a midnight feed for less than an hour.

- Rear L window smashed
- Middle console all ripped out and cracked and snaped off in 3 places
- Sony Xplod 1300W sub & box gone
- Alpine V12 amp gone
- My tool box =[ Over $1000's worth, mostly new too!
- New in box panasonic speakers
- Gucci bucket hat
- LV wallet (authentic) with my ids etc
- Fusion headunit with aux in etc
- Two jackets
- and my soccer boots in a bootbag

Only had a standard cf6 alarm, not sure if it even went off, was armed when i left it though.

But yeah any help would be appreciated.

I will put down in detail some of the items that is more regconizable.

- Red tin fold out tool box, near new spanners and rachets, FLUKE multimeter, terminals and whatnot.
-Addidas jacket reversable, hs a yellow patch on the shoulder. White with navy blue strips
- my LV wallet =[ its brown checkered out, has a small burn mark on it.

Two 150kg ish polynesians in a early 20s. Driving a early 90s toyota sedan white. Are my suspects as I remember them sitting around in the middle of the carpark doing nothing, and drove down and did a U turn back up to the carpark very suspiciously as we walked off to the restaurant.

Reported to police etc, but we all know how helpful they are

But yea just keep an look out, Auckland area.

It sucks having your car done over... but with the huge amount of cars being broken into lately, why the heck didn't you have insurance? Your personal items will be covered under house & contents though, or don't you have that too?

Re: Accord broken into =[

Just recently started flatting with mates so no house/contents insurance. I canceled my insurance couple months ago as I thought I would be on my way to Aus to reunite with family by now.

I bought the FLUKE second hand, but still. That scumbag got a hell of a jackpot. Now he is going to sell them off like girl guide biscuits.

My stuff was all over the place really. Its a wagon so they didnt need to open the boot to see what was there. They somehow missed my PSP that was in the middle dash though. Mostly gutted about the damage done and my toolbox.

So yeah, sucks indeed.

over-representation in the media and police statistics -

nearly half of all those that commit crime are of that descent(sp), yet they represent less than 25% of the nation's population.

back on topic!

sucks to hear expensive shit being taken, moral of the story is dont leave things like that in ya car! and dont buy a gucci bucket hat = pure omgwtf

*edit* HAH i killed the thread, ma bad!

9.30pm My f20b got stolen last night, I was asleep then my wife woke me up screamin "the bastards got your car!", she dialed 911, I grab wifes key and jumped in her car and floored it. I didn't know which way they went so I headed to main roasebank road, got as far honan place and thought "SHIT!" they got away, drove back home pissed off, when i got home down the road I saw line up of cars on the street, I drove down and saw my car up the curb rooted the tree, didn't notice the police there until later, officer yelled " get in the fucking car. sniffer dogs were out. anyway there were two witnesses who identified the two guys who crashed and did the runna, police said they know who they are and knew where they lived.

My car is a write off.

Well I'm sorry for you, if it's a true story.

The dialing 911 and your other post make me wonder whether it's the school holidays again

Re: Accord broken into =[

f20btran, insurance is buying you another car atleast yes?

Police need to put more of their effort into thieves and real criminals rather than minor traffic convictions.

When I rang up the police about my car, they said to me. We currently cannot be are your service blahblah but we can do a report through the phone it is just as effective! I said I would call back later but nah.

And GDB, Even the stupidiest person in new zealand would not deserve their car to be smashed and goods stolen from him?

Re: Accord broken into =[

you say car park, as in a wilson carpark place or a park out side the place? if its a proper csr park they may have CCTV? sux cause i was in melbourne this week gone and we got up to find my mate's rx7 s1 stolen mega sux as there was heaps of parts and a bug eye front with jailbar sitting in it for his 323 wagon, what sux even more is that it was all locked up and padlocked up too.pro job we reckon as the car wasn't started(ITS LOUD!!!) and the gate lock was left undone,2 years worth of part collecting down the drain
