Location: Westport |  NIMM '08 - October 17th, 18th, 19th Yes ladies and gentlemen, It's that time to announce the world famous NZHondas North Island Mega Meet We're planning on having another three days only-happens-at-mega-meets Taupo action packed mega ultra lulz/fun. Day 1: Track day, Track 4 @ Taupo followed by Friday Night pit stop @ Breaker's family restaurant. Day 2: EOI NIMM Saturday Whitewater Rafting Trip Day 3: Luge/Wind Down - Road Trip to Rotorua for the now common place NZHondas Luge competition. At the current stage, we'll be doing the same sort of thing as last year, going to Huka Prawn Park for lunch on the Saturday, followed by some activities. We're just finalising the details of these now. We will not be doing the same sort of package deals that we did last year, as Mark and I lost too much hair... There's no need to talk up the weekend, it'll be as action packed as ever. The dates are set in concrete so get your time off and accommodation sorted. We've been talking about getting a deal between NZHondas and Honda NZ going for quite some time, and now we can finally announce that we've got something on the table for you guys.  Starting from right now, you are able to get genuine Mugen parts at awesome rates direct from Honda. If you're interested in a part, simply give EGD a private message and he'll get back to you with a quote. As Honda have massive buying power, they're able to get any Mugen parts that are still in production, or that are still in stock, at better prices that anyone else in New Zealand. You are able to pick these parts up from any Honda branch in New Zealand, at no extra cost. The ONLY fine print is, if the parts have to be air freighted, they'll require a Visa payment up front, which is doable at any Honda branch. Ultimately, we want to expand this deal between NZHondas and Honda NZ to include genuine Honda parts, so our members are able to get genuine Honda parts at any Honda branch at a discounted rate. Think of this Mugen deal as a "testing the water" for both parties involved. So! Start PMing EGD for a quote so he's got an excuse to be on these forums all day long!  |

Well, I can't anyway since I have been banned from hiring houses in Taupo (even if I didn't end up going to last years one)  !Hopefully this year I will make it up. Air New Zealand still haven't budged on refunding my tickets from last year. Work and college commitments are no worry either.
