Lol funny you say that the only other time ive been on a track was during my driver training. Dont think the PC people of NZ would let me thrash the pants of one of the Police cars (off duty) for a bit of fun

^^^^ divide your torque by the drive ratio of the dyno to give you a real-world torque figure.

I'm going to be in Germany and not even anywhere near the Nurburgring to make up for it either!

There is no emoticon that can sum this up for me.

Re: NIMM '08 - October 17th, 18th, 19th

No ITb skunk2 intake and TB
could still come over i spose hard to get away so when i do generally want to race
ill see if Brett wants to do a day trip

is that the drive ratio on sheet which is what they work out your gearbox has at start if so mines 5.7

Re: NIMM '08 - October 17th, 18th, 19th

its the ratio they use to calibrate your cars final drive with the dynos drive ratio. so its the one on the sheet. yes.

Re: NIMM '08 - October 17th, 18th, 19th

im about to try endless and they are really expensive

metal kings ok heat up well shaun was using them in his H22a rally car came in 9th in tara rally but did say they were fading a bit still for price just for track day would be fine anything up to 4 laps at a time
under $100 for fronts from memory yellows would take a bit to heat up but have heard they crack and fall apart at high temp (have seen some) but they may not have bed them in properly noing the guy that had them

depends on budget pagids, endless and Hawk all good i have for last couple of years being running Hawk blue (better price than other two) but they are hard on disc

Hawk blues work pretty good, even if they are harsh on rotors. Brake rotors should be cheap throw away items anyway. I noticed no difference between cheap or expensive ones.
