Christ sakes man OK you like/love the prelude's we get it. Its common knowledge that they are considered the ugly duckling of the Honda line up deal with it!

The front bumper ont eh black is probably one of the best I've seen and the 022 car might be the nicest prelude ever... its still mud though

I know, i know im sorry i sound abit like a fucken stuck record but when u get so most negative feedback, it makes wonder why this site wasnt named Civic's&integra's-R-Us.nothingelsematter's.nz ill stop it with the rant's, I thought most people would just be happy its a honda at least, ya know NZHONDAS.com

Um, ok. A lot of people don't hate Preludes, they just aren't fans. IMO the BB4 shape was the nicest of the lot and it's probably the only one I'd consider, but even then there's a lot of other Hondas I'd drive beforehand. You're right that the engine is being put in a lot of other cars now, but that's because the H22/B-series box combo is becoming a "poor man's K20" in a way as it offers good torque and good ratios. But remember the engine is also in the Accords, and they're a lot more practical. If you're after a 2-door Honda I'd lean towards a Civic hatch or Integra first, because they're lighter. Having said that, if I was doing an engine swap I'd consider an H22 next time.

Some people like them, others don't. but since most people on here drive Hondas it's not like we're too proud. It just doesn't help that every man and his dog seems to try and make them look like they're something they're not with a huge, ugly kit.

Theres a reason why every other forum user owns civics or dc2's - there the nicest honda models IMO. Preludes are the ugliest and heaviest (mostly maybe probaly) oh and have awful interiors.. and have less room in the back than the above too! had they not been given the h22a they'd be oversized doorstops all round nz rather than road going cars

Oh forsure, your right, even i kringe when i see prelude's all done up for looks only and just bling, makes ya feel ashamed to own one, it really does sometimes, i.e. that poor girl from down south who earlier this yr posted up her red lude with an r34 kit and chromie's with the clear lights front n back and was like what do you guys think, lol no one said shit and i wasnt about to big up's it either, just didnt look right at all to me, all i thought was damn you coulda spent all that money so much better.

That opening line on youtube with the Jun lude pretty much sum's it up for me.
